PGVFRA 2011 Convention

Members of the Laurel Volunteer Rescue Squad congratulate the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department on hosting a very successful Prince George's County Volunteer Association Convention in September.

The LVRS is proud to announce the following awards that were received by our members or organization:

1) The George Linnell award for EMS Excellence: Barry Johnson
2) The Squadsman of the year: Charles O'Donnell
3) The PGFD Commission awards for Excellent Volunteer Service: Charles O'Donnell and Scott Globerman
4) Best Appearing Ambulance in the parade: Second place
5) Best Appearing Single House Station in the Parade: Second place.
6) Sportmanship Award
