Early on Sunday morning, September 28th, Rescue Squad 849 was alerted to the report of one overturned and trapped on Powder Mill Road . Car 849, returning from class and on Powder Mill Road at the dispatch was the first to arrive and established the command. Command confirmed that the driver was trapped in the car which overturned to the passenger side. Crews made quick work of the extrication and removed the driver within in minutes.
